Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the USA. There is no minimum order amount and no hidden shipping fees.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The expected delivery window shown on each product page is based on this timeframe.

Our Warehouses

We ship from our four warehouses across the United States, located in Texas (TX), Louisiana (LA), California (CA), and Tennessee (TN). Your order ships from the warehouse best placed to reach you quickly.

Where We Ship

We ship to all states in the USA, free of charge. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Generators are heavy items and are delivered by freight or ground carrier. Please inspect your package at delivery. If the box or product appears damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, or high demand during storm season can occasionally delay deliveries. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us and we will check on it for you.
